Parsons Bakery Monthly £50 Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Parsons Bakery, a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at Parsons Bakery HQ.
Send questions about the draw to contact@parsonsbakery.co.uk.
2. Who can enter
The draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
Our employees, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with the draw cannot enter.
We may ask the winner for proof of age and residence before awarding the prize.
3. How to enter
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
To enter, scan the QR code displayed in our shops, enter your email address on the entry page and confirm you accept these terms.
You do not need to sign up to our marketing emails to enter. Choosing not to does not affect your entry or your chance of winning.
Only one entry per person is allowed. Entries made in bulk, automatically, through third parties or using more than one email address per person will be void.
We are not responsible for entries that are not received because of technical faults or network problems.
4. Dates
The draw is open.
A separate draw takes place each calendar month. Each monthly draw closes at 23:59 on the last day of that month.
Your entry is included in every monthly draw from the month you enter until the draw does not end, unless you win or ask to be removed by emailing contact@parsonsbakery.co.uk
We will not change the closing dates unless circumstances outside our control make this unavoidable.
5. The prize
There is one prize each month: a £50 Parsons Bakery gift voucher, redeemable in our shops - not online. Voucher terms: valid for 12 months, no change given.
There is no cash alternative and the prize cannot be transferred.
If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we will provide a prize of equal or greater value.
Each person can win only once during the promotion. After winning, your entry is removed from later draws.
6. Choosing the winner
The winner of each monthly draw is chosen at random from all valid entries within 5 working days of that month's closing date.
The draw is made using an independent random selection method, and a record of each draw is kept.
7. Telling the winner and delivering the prize
We will email the winner within 5 working days of the draw, using the address given at entry.
The winner must reply within 14 days to claim the prize. If they do not, or are found to be ineligible, we will draw a new winner from that month's entries.
We will send the prize within 30 days of the winner confirming their details.
8. Announcing the winner
The winner's surname and county will be available on request by emailing us, for 3 months after each draw.
Winners can object to this by telling us when they claim the prize. We may still have to share these details with the Advertising Standards Authority if asked.
We will only use a winner's name or photo in publicity if they agree.
9. Your data
We use the email address you give to run the draw and contact you if you win.
We only send you marketing emails if you separately chose to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
If you did not sign up to marketing, we delete your entry data within 3 months of the final draw.
10. General
We may disqualify entries that break these terms or that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent.
We may cancel or change the draw only if circumstances outside our control make this unavoidable. Any change will be published on this page.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law.
Entering the draw means you accept these terms.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Residents of Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts.
